agreed. Roger, please save yourself some potentially wasted effort,
and hold off on doing any compiles of gtk-related things until we
resolve this issue.
Well, I'm not near releasing anything of it soon so I'll work on as
usual on getting the dependency chains uptodate/garified which isn't
wasted work.
