Hi,
As we have already announced, the annual meeting will be held this
weekend over Google Wave. The meeting will be for 2 days. This should
give everybody the possibility to attend to the annual meeting.

IMPORTANT: Changes to the bylaws can be only done at the annual meeting.
If you would like to change the bylaws or if you have any other request
to the annual meeting, it would be handy if you could apply before the
meeting.
If something is not clear about the process or if you have any question,
please don't hesitate to ask.
