Let's get things going with the podcast idea! We got an answer from Phil on the list, and I've also received responses from Dago and Ben. This gives us a nice array of perspectives. For example, Phil can talk about project's origins and packaging topics, Dago can present maintainer tools, infrastructure and collaboration with upstream developers, and Ben can discuss community building and OpenCSW's plans for the future. One of the hosts, Randal Schwartz, author of Programming Perl, will be probably also interested in talking about packaging Perl modules.
Interviews are done in conference calls. I think it's a good idea to let know the show hosts who'll be covering which areas. It's of course only a guideline. The show does not have a preset agenda, or at least doesn't leave that impression; it's a conversation about a given topic or project. There is a wiki page[1] for TWiT network guests (FLOSS Weekly is part of TWiT), it's a useful read. I think that we're ready to send an e-mail to TWiT. I'll write a draft and send it to Ben for proofreading and style correction. I'll then ask Ben to send the e-mail to TWiT guys.
