The cited RFC is a golden rule in our field. This is as requiring to
include a part of the Webster in our documents. However, citation can be
used as examples in an introductory section.

Again, maintainers are computer scientists, engineers and generally
technologists. Even a hobbyist maintainer should have the required
culture to produce professional quality.
