We currently have a setup in which emails sent to maintainers@ from non-opencsw addresses are held for moderation. Every now and then Ihsan looks at the queue and moderates it. Sometimes it causes old and duplicate emails to show on the mailing list. I suggest we change the configuration to such that emails are hard-bounced right away, so the sender immediately knows that the email needs to be re-sent from @opencsw.org.
