I've done mgar package-CSWcas_texhash, i.e., only packaged the specific
CAS; I think that pkgdb is invoked only when doing platforms, isn't it?
When doing mgar platforms, everything works, even csw-upload-pkg on
login. me thinks that there is a hole somewhere...
