I built a new version of CSWnsca which ensures, that the user and group will be
added before installing any files. I uploaded the package a minute ago, so it
should be available soon.

Actually, part of the error was on my side: we need the nsca client, not
the nsca server, which is indeed quite useless excepted on the nagios
server...
