There's no priority rising. It's only for people who care about this and want to do it. If anyone sets out to do the rebuild / prefix build, it might turn out that it takes more time to do it with our build recipes than it takes with Gentoo Prefix. I don't know if it's the case or not, but it's worth a shot. Usefulness for the world comes from paranoid organizations being able to take and audit our code, then run it and build their own package repositories. How to measure this usefulness, I don't know, but it's a volunteer based project, if anyone cares about certain feature, they can work on it. I'm just putting the idea out there: if we want to do a rebuild, we could reuse someone else's code.
