I forgot to mention: this is a client side fix, so you must update your sources (mgar up --all), otherwise csw-upload-pkg will not do what you expect it to! One more thing, I've created /opt/csw/bin/csw-upload-pkg on login, so you can just type 'csw-upload-pkg' on login and it will work for you, but /opt/csw/bin/csw-upload-pkg is only a wrapper which runs csw-upload-pkg from your GAR sources.
