I have a guess.
checkpkg does the following:
Q: "What does the binary need?"
A: "librsvg-2.so.2"
Q: "Which package provides librsvg-2.so.2?"
A: "SUNWgnome-base-libs and CSW... no, actually, no CSW* package
provides librsvg-2.so.2."
The CSWlibrsvg2-2 package only provides librsvg-2.so.2.36.4 (!=
librsvg-2.so.2).
Err.... what?
$ pkgchk -lp /opt/csw/lib/librsvg-2.so.2
NOTE: Couldn't lock the package database.
Pathname: /opt/csw/lib/librsvg-2.so.2
Type: symbolic link
Source of link: librsvg-2.so.2.36.4
Referenced by the following packages:
CSWlibrsvg2-2
Current status: installed
And that's not new, it's been like that for a while. So I don't think
that explanation is the right one :-)
