Try to scroll up in your terminal, checkpkg says exactly why it thinks
dependencies are needed.
I see:

* - opt/csw/bin/png-fix-itxt needs the libz.so.1 soname
* - opt/csw/bin/pngfix needs the libz.so.1 soname
* RUNTIME_DEP_PKGS_CSWlibpng-dev += CSWlibz1
I have no clue what those files are, but "bin" makes me think they
shouldn't be in "-dev" ?
