64bit Apache24

there two things we should do before release the 64bit Apache24:
- in httpd.conf must fixed the path for LoadModule for the 64bit modules. 
 Should we deliver there two httpd.conf files?
- we should add a SVC property to select the 32bit or 64bit httpd to start
