libpng dependency in cairo

Hi,

I have found that we have this dependency in cairo:
BUILD_DEP_PKGS += CSWlibpng-dev

it should become versioned, I suppose. However the dependency is still 
met. Shouldn't be the unversioned dev package be removed/obsoleted now?
