I've just recently set up mairix/nnmairix/gnus and am finding it far
more usable than any other search setup I've tried before.

The one thing I'm finding a bit confusing is, I've made myself a basic
nnmairix server using nnmairix-create-server-and-default-group. I didn't
think it was necessary to create a whole new server in my secondary
select methods. When creating the backend it asked me to pick a server,
and I've only got two: my mail nnml server, and nnml:archive, for sent
messages. So I picked nnml.

Now, every time I search or update a search folder, it checks my mail
first. I understand this is a danger if you've explicitly created a new
nnml backend, but I assumed that if you're using an existing server the
default would not do this.

Is this what is supposed to happen? If not, what have I done wrong?

Any pointers appreciated,

Eric
