All teams which do not qualify for the War Memorial regatta at Kings Point on 10/28-29 are eligible to participate in the Henry Luce regatta on the same week-end at NY Maritime. This regatta counts toward the ranking procedure for scheduling regattas in 2007. Teams which participate in the qualifiers are given first choice. All teams which are interested should be sure to contact me by Monday a.m. October 16.
