Saturday: Wind was out of south-southeast @ 10-25 knots. Racing ended at
1730 with 10 A division and 8 B division races completed.
Sunday: Wind started from the south and continued shifting right all day
ending out of the southwest at 10-20 knots. A full rotation was
completed by 1530 when racing ended. Over the weekend 4 protests were
filed, resulting in 2 DSQs. 1 Redress was filed for a breakdown and was
awarded. A 20 point per division penalty was added to Columbia for not
wearing pinnies.
A special thanks to the SUNY Maritime Cadets who ran the regatta as well
as the Assistant coaches from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and
Washington College for hearing protests.
