REGATTA HIGHLIGHTS:
Sat: Courses were gold cups and Windward/Leeward x 2. A gusting NNW at 7-13
to start the day, getting lighter throughout the day. Breeze picked back up
to 6 - 8 from the WNW before dying out completely.
Sun.- Light southerly for two races and then is died off with rain. After
an hour postponement, we tried again. Called it at 1:00 with less than 2
knots and a dismal forecast.
*A B division skipper from George Washington moved to A division to crew in 2
races.
As per Procedural Rule 14b(iii) races 5-6A have been rescored as DSQs. AC
**No team representative from Navy signed the RP form. As per Procedural
Rule 15a(i), 20 points have been added to each division. AC
