FINAL RESULTS
REGATTA HIGHLIGHTS:
Saturday started off calm with extremely fog. A postponement was put in
place until wind started to fill lightly from the south-west at
approximately 11:30 AM. The wind was variable in speed but constantly from
the west throughout the day allowing for 6 races per division to be sailed.
Racing was concluded just before 5:00 pm.
Like Saturday, Sunday started calm, but with sun instead of fog. Wind filled
lightly but was extremely shifty allowing for only 4 races to be raced per
division.
No protests were filled. 2 breakdowns were filed and granted.
Many thanks to Wally McCurdy (Delaware Mentor), Doug Tuttle (Delaware
Faculty Advisor), and the entire Delaware team for their support and help
throughout the regatta.
