>From I-64 - take exit 256A heading southwest. You will be on Oyster Point Road. Stay on Oyster Point. It will cross Jefferson Avenue, a railroad overpass and Warwick Blvd. where it turns into Boxley Blvd. Yep, that's right, Oyster Point comes changes to Boxley as it leaves the intersection. (Another intelligent move by local government designed to confuse newcomers to the area. Newport News does this a lot.) Stay on Boxley until you come to a "T" in the road with a stop light. This is Menchville Road. Turn LEFT onto Menchville. You will pass Menchville High School on the right and just past the high school. Turn left onto what is now called Riverview Farm Parkway. A little farther on, Old Menchville Road turns off to the LEFT. This used to be the road to the Sailing Center, it isn't now. Keep going straight on Riverview. Still farther on, after you have passed the turn off to the right going to the Playground in Riverview Park, there will be another road turning off to the LEFT. TAKE IT. This is Menchville Road. If you continue straight you be on City Farm Road and on your way to jail (Allen Iverson's old residence.) The Sailing Center is at the end of the road. Actually, it is simple: I-64 - exit 256 onto Oyster Point - to Boxley - left on Menchville - then left onto Riverview, and left on Menchville to its end at Deep Creek.
