To the teams coming to the CNU Clinic this weekend. If you have specific questions or topics you want addressed, have them written down to give to the presenters when you arrive. Report time will be the usual 0900 both days. We expect to conclude at about 1:00 on Sunday for an early return home. Lunch (pizza) will be provided on Saturday and participants will be given T shirts courtesy of the Greater Richmond Sailing Association of Richmond, Virginia. If and when you run into one of their members, say "thanks." We expect to be on the water both Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. Be sure to bring a "flash drive" or similar device for copying the various forms and aids we will have to offer. Remember, no matter how experienced or inexperienced you are, you are welcome and we'll have something of value for you. And, there is no required number nor is there a limit to how many people you may bring but it would help us to know how many you have. Send me a quick e-mail if possible.
