This promises to be a great event. Larchmont YC is home to the largest Vanguard 15 fleet in the country (60+ boats). Mid June is a great time to be on Long Island Sound. We have hosted the New Englands the past five years this same weekend and have had at least one day of planing conditions each year with double digit races in the series. We have a top notch Race Committee that also ran the 2005 Hinman and the 2000 V15 Nationals. We have also upgraded our storage and boat launching capabilities with extra ramps. For out of towners traveling to Larchmont, Friday June 13 will be a practice day. Housing is available on a first come, first serve basis, as are charter boats. Information about both is on the Nationals website. The site also has order forms for limited edition V15 Nationals duffel bags by Ella Vickers Recycled Sailcloth that can be customized with your name and/or sail number and ready for delivery at Nationals.
