To the teams attending the CNU Clinic (MD, UVA, VT, AU, WM, UMBC, & SSU)
1. We will be providing a Pizza lunch for everyone on Saturday.
2. We will have a prolonged morning session only on Sunday to allow an early
return home.
3. Starting time will be the usual 9:00 AM. Please be on time to get things
started quickly.
4. Our agenda will focus on:
Capsize recovery
Basic Sail trim
The things on which we should focus at different points around the course
Basic Rules for the newest people
How the club team can deal with it's school
The principals of 2-on-2 Team Racing (We'll also show Steven Hunt's
excellent video on Team Racing)
We'll have a Question and Answer period
We'll have racing inside and out side the creek in both 420s & FJs with
coaching
Note that some of these will run concurrently to allow us to serve sailors
of different levels.
Rain is a possibility. So, come prepared.
