*Women's Mrs. Hurst Bowl at Dartmouth *19 teams currently signed up, potentially 1 berth available, though if you're interested I'll need to confirm with the ICSA Intersectional Coordinator. The classic season-opener for collegiate women's sailing on Lake Mascoma. Who could pass up Mrs. Hurst's fine baked goods and the beauty of the north country in mid-september? *Lake Champlain Open at Vermont *16 teams entered, 18 berths available. The crisp mountain air, the clear waters of lake champlain, the sun setting over the Adirondacks every day, and most importantly, top two qualify for the Hoyt Trophy. This is Vermont Sailing. Don't forget the annoying hippies in Burlington and the fear of lampreys and Champ the lake monster; let me know if you to come sail. *CENTRAL 2 AT BC IS CANCELLED. *This event may move to Bates, who has stepped up to provide a 2-day event. More info to come. * Freshman Symposium at Tufts* Give your freshmen a chance to sail the coolest boats in college sailing, and learn from college sailing's sage Ken Legler. Plenty of space available if you want to come. *Sep 20 - Southern 2/Donaghy Bowl at Salve Regina* 18 teams entered, 2 berths available. One day of 420 racing in the sailing capital of the country. Salve has a tradition of running superb events, including last spring's national championship, and this will be no exception. *Sep 20 - Middlebury Scrimmage* The Middlebury Panthers took delivery on a new fleet of 12 boats, built a sweet new dock, and are now hoping to host everyone at their new training venue at Lake Dunmore, Vermont (check the photos on www.middsailing.com). They did their part, now let's do ours and fill this event up! This event will be capped at 6 teams (cd) or 12 teams (full).
