The MAISA Annual Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, January 30. Prior notices have been sent out along with directions to Salisbury University, Maryland. Attached is an agenda.
There are 2 voting delegates for each member (one graduate; one undergraduate) or their proxies. Proxies for graduates must be graduate; for undergraduates, undergrads. One school may control only 4 votes. Only Regular members may vote on membership issues. There will be an Executive Committee meeting Friday at 7 p.m. in Room HS-209 i Henson Science Hall on the Salisbury campus. Any interested party is welcome to attend. The 9-12 a.m. session will be information and Q&A. The General Meeting will convene at 1 p.m. This is where the business of the conference takes place yearly and is in the best interest of all teams to send delegates and other team members as well. Undergrads who will be taking over in the future will benefit from attending also. Looking forward to seeing you at Salisbury University next week-end.
