Regatta Highlights:
SATURDAY--One full rotation was completed with 8 races sailed in each
division. Conditions were temperatures in the mid-50s and sunny, with wind
starting consistently out of the North at around 15 kts sustained, gradually
shifting Northwest throughout the day, becoming more gusty and less
consistent. All races sailed as W4s and continued until a little after 5pm.
SUNDAY--A second rotation was completed with 5 races sailed in each division
(as two teams did not return for the second day, leaving only 5 boats).
Conditions were sunny, upper 60s, and oscillating South-Southwest wind 10-15
kts, shifting to the west-northwest. All races were W4s, completed by
130pm. No protests were filed. Hamilton and Skidmore were no shows the
second day, and University of Buffalo and Ottowa were no shows for the
weekend.
Congrats to Stevens for winning the regatta, and special thanks to CLG
sailors for running races.
These are the final standings . We're having some technical difficulties
with TechScore right now, so until we can get those resolved and get the
detailed regatta report out, here are the final scores from this weekend.
