Hi Jo,
In the note Note Editor, you will only hear notes when the cursor lands on
one.
Vertically is pitch, and horizontally is time. So if nothing is sounding, it
is because there are no notes at the particular pitch at the particular
time.
The easiest way to find the next note is to press Alt+Right, and the
previous note is Alt+Left.
Also, keep reviewing the status bar at the bottom of the window as it will
tell you the position of the cursor and the values of the notes.
