OK.  If it's very trivial to fix it to work out of the tree we can do
it, but if it's a pain I'd prefer to just fix the regression test suite
to work right in the first place (for the next release though).

If you want you can tar or zip up the "tests/work" directory after the
run and send it to me (don't send it to the list, it's probably too
big).  I'll look at it although I'm not a Windows person.  But, maybe I
can see some helpful things.
