Its a cute little installed module shell!

$ perl bin/inst
Available commands are:
l - List all installed modules
   m <module> - Select a module
   q - Quit the program
cmd? m uny2k
Available commands are:
f [all|prog|doc] - List installed files of a given type
d [all|prog|doc] - List the directories used by a module
v - Validate the .packlist - check for missing files
t <tarfile> - Create a tar archive of the module
   q - Quit the module
uny2k cmd? f
all files in uny2k are:
   /usr/local/share/perl/5.6.1/uny2k.pm
   /usr/local/man/man3/uny2k.3pm
uny2k cmd? d
all directories in uny2k are:
   /usr/local/man/man3
   /usr/local/share/perl/5.6.1
uny2k cmd? v
uny2k has no missing files

Creating a tar archive doesn't quite work, but at least we know what
it is now. A better name for it would probably be something like
instmodsh?
