This is the version that is currently in bleadperl. Some adjustments
were made for building in the core. The biggest change is the
addition of FULLPERLRUN and FULLPERLRUNINST. PERLRUN and PERLRUNINST
had something of an identity crisis and were sometimes using PERL and
sometimes FULLPERL. This caused problems in the core and with
uninstalled perls because PERL is sometimes miniperl and FULLPERL is
never miniperl.
So an explicit FULLPERLRUN and FULLPERLRUNINST were added to remove
the ambiguity. I've also moved the logic which sets up all the *PERL*
constants into it's own method in an effort to break down init_main a
bit.
Now that we're stable and in the core, I'm going to start whittling
down the TODO list, starting with PREFIXes. Great way to spend
Easter, eh?
