I don't think so. MakeMaker has always taken great care where to use
relative and where to use absolute paths. Moving source around must be
easy. After my patch I can run 'make', then move the source somewhere
else and run 'make test'. Before my patch this wasn't possible. If
there are make targets that still break by moving the source around
these should be considered buggy too.
