Use $self->catfile not File::Spec->catfile

Because of the canonicalization bug in File::Spec->catfile (ie. the file
part is not canonicalized) please use MakeMaker's catfile() wrapper which
fixes the bug.

So instead of:  File::Spec->catfile(@dirs, $file);  
           do:  $self->catfile(@dirs, $file);
