Todd, actually I was wondering if you come across where, in the MakeMaker
modules this code was found, you'd post that Filename and Line number (Too
tired right now to try to get bash grep to understand a Perl regex
expression without regex interpolation). I don't see this yet; I am looking
at code that is for detecting POD, in the sub 'init_dirscan()' but it is
different than what you posted: it uses /^=head1\s+\w+/ .
