MM_Unix.pm has a method called perldepend that hard codes a list of 
headers for a Makefile section of the same name.  I don't see 
anything there that allows for the fact that the list should be 
different for different versions of Perl.  For example, pad.h now 
exists in bleadperl (though it hasn't been added to perldepend yet), 
but not in 5.8.0.  If MM_Unix.pm gets updated to have pad.h in its 
list, won't that break extension building on 5.6.1, 5.8.0, etc. if 
someone installs the CPAN version of MM onto an older version of Perl?
