Frustrated for the nth time having to write: perl -Ilib t/zz_cleanup_dummy.t && perl -Ilib t/00setup_dummy.t && perl -Ilib t/thetestireallywanttorun.t
I finally changed the tests so they can setup and teardown the dummy testing modules as needed. 00setup_dummy.t and zz_cleanup_dummy.t is gone and the tests should now run independently.
