   3        Tablespoons  Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
   1         Tablespoon  Lime Juice
   1         Tablespoon  Chopped Fresh Cilantro
   1              Pound  Medium Prawns -- shelled and deveined
   1                     Green Bell Pepper -- thinly sliced
   1                     Red Bell Pepper -- thinly sliced
   1                     Red Onion -- thinly sliced
   1         Tablespoon  Vegetable Oil
   10            8 Inch  Flour Tortillas -- warmed
   2        Tablespoons  Tomatillo Salsa -- optional

Mix together the soy sauce, lime juice, and cilantro. Pour over the prawns
in a large resealable plastic bag.

Press the air out of the bag and close the top securely. Refrigerate 30
minutes. Turn the bag over once.

In a large skillet, cook the bell peppers and onion in hot oil over high
heat for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove.

Add the prawns and marinade. Cook, stirring, about 2 minutes or until the
prawns are pink.

Return the vegetables to the pan and heat through.

To serve: Wrap the desired amount of filling in a tortilla.
