Ternyata saya tidak bisa mengupload ke website saya karena provider saya
membatasi ukuran file max 1 MB. Ukuran Norton Virus Definition file adalah
2.5 MB. Jalan lain adalah file tsb saya kirimkan melalui e-mail. Tapi ini
akan membebani mailbox anda (biasanya mailbox dari ISP adalah 3 MB). Jika
koneksi anda cepat, file dapat didownload dalam waktu 10-20 menit. Jika
koneksi anda lambat, dapat makan waktu sampai 1 jam
bagaimana?

dicurigai komputer anda terserang virus. Ada jenis virus yang menghalangi
komputer mengakses situs-situs anti virus, mis: virus MTX (seperti yang
pernah menyerang komputer kapten Bobby). Coba komputer anda distart dengan
system yang bersih (bisa dari CD atau disket) lalu di scan dengan anti virus
yang virus definition filenya sudah diupdate. Nanti saya usahakan mengupload
virus definition file Norton terbaru ke website saya.
