Bagian tentang private (japri) e-mailnya rasanya cukup baik untuk dicontoh. adrianus Just send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] This is called "sending mail to the list", because you send mail to a single address and LISTSERV makes copies for all the people who are subscribed to the list. This is the address you would use for posting a request for information, a story, or replying to someone else's post. Please make sure that any mail you send to the list is in plain text format; you should always turn off HTML and RTF features in your mailer. NEVER send file attachments of any kind, particularly large graphics files, to the list. Topic keyword use is MANDATORY on this list; please read the information regarding topics in part 1. of this file BEFORE you post to the list. Sign your posts at the end with your real full name and your e-mail address, so that other members may contact you privately when appropriate. If you use a sig file, please keep it to a reasonable length and avoid the excessive use of ASCII art. Excessive quoting of the post you are replying to is also unwelcome; please quote only the portion of the post you are replying to that is necessary for continuity. In all cases, trim the Rottie-L bottom banner copy from your reply. Please send private mail privately, rather than to the list. Keep in mind that if only one or two people are going to be interested in it - it's definitely private email. All messages of congratulations or condolence or "I agree" should be private e-mail. Suggestions for puppy names should be sent privately also and the person who asked for the name suggestions should post a synopsis to the list. Keep in mind that 800 people are going to be reading anything that you send to the list. It is also against list rules to forward private e-mail to the list without explicit permission. Anyone who posts a private email that is unflattering to another Rottie-L member or is controversial to the list will be unsubscribed immediately. Any other material copyrighted to others should not be posted to the list without the copyright holder's explicit permission. This includes posts from other mailing lists. Similarly, posts from Rottie-L are not to be forwarded to non-members or other mailing lists without explicit permission of the original author. Listmembers who do not follow the posting guidelines will receive a warning; if subsequent warnings are necessary the listmember will be put on review (person cannot post directly to the list; all his/her posts are sent to a listowner for approval) or unsubscribed if necessary. Listmembers who do not follow the mandatory requirement to sign all posts with full name and e-mail address will receive an automatic three-day suspension from all posting to the list. Those sending congratulations or condolences via the list rather than private mail, and those who do not trim the footer copy from post replies will also receive three-day posting suspensions.
