Hi Zhang,
You will have to customize the bug_report_page.php. You can copy the bits
you need from bug_report_advanced_page.php. Both the simple and advanced
page are processed by the same action logic which is in bug_report.php. So
by just adding the form entries, all the processing will automagically
happen!!!
