I would try to insert a test bug/issue into the database and then manually modify the bug_id to 999 (if you want to start from 1000). Mantis is autonumber the ids using MySQL. Does it make sense? For the second issue I am using Crystal Reports and I am getting some reports to meet my management criteria. I am not sure if Crystal reports might be an option for your case. Regards, Gabriel
