I have set them all to over 10MB i even tried some settings in apache. Still it 
persists at 8MB I wonder if there might be a hard coded limit. I will do a 
quick search of the code.

I did a search for 'max' and of 'size' and checked all the stuff it found.. so 
i have done all the obvious stuff!
