Are you running as https?  IE has a poorly though out security setting
that prevents all saving of https content to temporary files that may
manifest as what you describe.

Hi guys,

I have found an issue that probably isn't Mantis related but more IE but
i wanted to benefit from your expertise..

When I open an attachment in IE i get an error about temporary files and
them not being found.. but it works fine in FireFox

any clues?
