Guys,

We'd like a mechanism for knowing if an action has been taking against an issue 
at a global level.

Ideally if I assign an issue to someone it would bounce back if no action was 
taken after x time.

but alternatively the ability to search for all issues that are not closed and 
that have not been updated for x time would do. 

Can this be done?
