Hi everyone, I'm a bugtracker administrator (http://bugs.oire.org/). the problem is: I'm not getting mail about the issue reports made by my reporters. I mean, issues reported and changed by me land in my mailbox flawlessly, but those reported by my testers do not. I set every checkbox in the preferences in order to make the mail come to me but it's still not the case. Could you help me please? It's so annoying!.. Thanks!
