Hi Shawn, I have tried this option as well. When I click on the lost password link, I am not getting any error message rather I am getting a message as 'message sent to the provided email address', but no mails are coming to the user from Mantis. Regards, Naseer.

When you click the 'Lost Password' link on the logon screen, keep a close eye on the page as it refreshes, you may see a page with an error message appearing, this may give you a clue as to what the problem is.
