Hi All,
I upgraded my Mantis 1.0.6 to Mantis 1.2.3. After the installation,
older Japanese characters are not showing properly. It shows like
"¥ç¶šã™ã‚‹å ´åˆã" . But i can report new issues in Japanese and it
showing fine. So i checked admin\check.php and it shows some error related
to UTF8. Later i alter all those tables and not showing any error related to
UTF8 character set.But still can not view the old Japanese data. But my
earlier Mantis ( 1.0.6) was working fine with Japanese character ( Even the
character set was not UTF 8 at that time). So please help me to solve the
issue.
Mantis Version : Mantis 1.0.6 to Mantis 1.2.3
Webserver : Apache2
DB :My SQL 5
PHP : 5.2.8
OS : Ubuntu Server 9.10 / Windows Xp
