hello, sorry about bugging you with this. no response so far and to me this does not look hard to answer (by an experienced user/dev familiar with that environment). could someone (capable) confirm that Mantis 1.2.3 (maybe even complete branch 1.2.x) does not run on IIS/MS SQL?
