I am running an older version of Mantis so that I can keep running the script. - 1.1.8 - I think 1.2.0 has the script but there were other bugs I didn't like.  1.2.1 and newer have the new plugin method.   Just in case you are also running an older version.....
 
The script is named checkin.php found in the mantis core directory.
 
Once 1.2.x contains another bug fix I am waiting for I may try the plug-in again.

I think that the mantis and subversion must exist on the same server (or at least it used to be that way).  I only found the older info at http://leetcode.net/blog/2009/01/integrating-git-svn-with-mantisbt/  but I am sure someone there can help you.

 

Hopefully someone here will :-)    I don't have this running right now. I preferred the old simple method with the simple php script :-)   ... in my environment both are running from the same server.

 

I'll respond again if I find more.
