Hello world,

I added a link to another bug (typing '#123'), which is converted to
a broken link. This is what I see in the web interface:

Fixed together with <a href="/mantis/view.php?id=897" title="[resolved]
"make install" installs site-specific files"
class="resolved">0000897</a>.

This is the HTML source of the page:

Fixed together with &lt;a href=&quot;/mantis/view.php?id=897&quot;
title=&quot;[resolved] &quot;make install&quot; installs site-specific
files&quot; class=&quot;resolved&quot;&gt;0000897&lt;/a&gt;.

Obviously, the '<' and '>' characters of the HTML tags are converted to
"&lt;" and "&gt;". Can this be fixed?

We are using Mantis 1.2.4.

Regards, Tanjeff
