IMHO, with elements provided is near impossible.
If things right now work after fresh install, my best advice is: it time
to go ahead.

Hi Sir,
I thought to do the mantis from the beginning. So i
extracted mantisbt1.2.11 and installed. Now i could login inside
mantis.. I still have doubt that why i couldn login with old extracted
file. Do you have any idea about that? pls guide me..
