You'd probably be better off just downloading the latest version of Source Integration plugin from https://github.com/mantisbt-plugins/source-integration It has an updated HgWeb plugin (written by David Hicks) which I bundled a few months ago. Report issues you may have, or even better submit a Pull Request with fixes directly on Github.
